MLTC was built on a lifelong friendship, a shared commitment to service, and a passion for giving every child the opportunity to succeed.

Founders Ryan Futo and Lee Clare have known each other for more than 30 years.  Together, they have dedicated decades of their lives to serving our country and our communities.

Ryan proudly served in the United States Marine Corp before beginning a career in law enforcement, where he retired after years of protecting and serving his community.  Lee also answered the call to serve, retiring after an incredible 26-year career in the United States Marine Corp.

While their careers took different paths, they have always shared the same belief: sports have the power to change lives.

At MLTC, they believe every child deserves the opportunity to play; regardless of financial circumstances.  Athletics teach discipline, teamwork, leadership, resilience, accountability, and confidence- lessons that extend beyond the playing field.  

That is the vision of the foundation of Minor League Training Center.  Creating a place where athletes can develop their skills, build character, and discover opportunities that last a lifetime.
